Acid Solubilized Telocollagen

Acid solubilized telocollagen

Acid-solubilized collagen (telocollagen) extracted from bovine dermis with high-purity collagen. By retaining the telopeptide, it forms a gel with higher viscosity and strength than pepsin-solubilized atelocollagen. Ideal for 3D cell culture, regenerative medicine research, and plastic culture container coating.

  • Medical grade high purity collagen
  • European Pharmaceutical Quality Council (EDQM) certified
  • Composition: Type I collagen (including about 5% type III collagen)
  • Filtration: sterile filtration (0.2 micron)
  • Solvent: 0.01N HCl (pH2)
  • Concentration: 6mg / mL
  • Packaging: 20mL, 100mL, 1000mL
  • Storage temperature: 2 ~ 8 ℃
  • Expiration date: 2 years from the date of manufacture

Titration Buffer

Titration buffer

0.2M, pH 11.2 titration buffer. Necessary when forming 3D gels for cell culture from pepsin-solubilized atelocollagen or acid-solubilized telocollagen.

  • Characteristics: 0.2M, pH11.2
  • Filtration: sterile filtration (0.2 micron)
  • Packaging: 20mL, 100mL
  • Storage temperature: 15 ~ 22 ℃
